ABOUT THE GAME

Combine your pieces as you play, then use the combined piece as either piece, or split back into your original pieces.

Start combining your pieces from your first move, move a Bishop on the diagonal onto a Pawn. Then move as a Bishop or a Pawn, or split by moving either the pawn or the bishop away as an individual piece.

Chessplus is a fast and edgy game based on chess, with exponentially more moves all new strategies. Chessplus is easy to learn, fun to play and suitable for all levels and ages.

HOW TO PLAY

HOW IT CAME ABOUT

A game of chess between a father and daughter was the catalyst for Chessplus. Then 7 years old Aimee was losing against her father. Wanting to win she felt the only way to win was to get her Queen back. With her next move she moved her pawn onto the rooks square. her father looked on surprised but observant and made a traditional chess move. Aimee then moved both the pawn and the rook to the other side of the board and proclaimed she regained her Queen. Her father laughed and then realised the potential of what Aimee had done. Within 5 minutes the game had fully revealed itself and Chessplus was created.
